Constantly Varied High Intensity Functional Movement = Different movements, that increase heart rate and challenge the mind, moving in a way that humans are biologically made to.
CrossFit has been developed by Coach Greg Glassman. He was the first person to describe fitness in a meaningful and measurable way. "Increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains".
