Before being integrated into our group sessions you must complete CrossFit Fundamentals.
We want to give you the best possible start to your CrossFit journey. We want to see you move, familiarise you with our coaching style and introduce you to the CrossFit standards. Fundamental Sessions will be held 3 times a week outside of the normal timetable. 3 sessions must be completed before you join the group sessions.
You will learn to:
- Front Squat
- Overhead Squat
- Push Press
- Push Jerk
- Med Ball Clean
- Sumo Deadlift High Pull
At the end of each session you will be put through a short WOD (Workout of the Day) to experience the levels of intensity involved in CrossFit.
Basic Nutritional Fundamentals will be covered.
Sessions can be arranged at your convenience. 45-60 min sessions $20 (students $10). Please pay on arrival to your sessions.
Drive PT CrossFit will assess you individually and advise you on how many fundamentals you next to attend before joining group WODs. When you continue with Drive PT CrossFit your fundamental sessions fee with be deducted from your 1st months fees.
