Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

CrossFit Fundamentals
Sessions can be arranged at your convenience. 45-60 min sessions $30 (students $20). Please pay on arrival to your sessions.
Drive PT CrossFit will assess you individually and advise you on how many fundamentals you next to attend before joining group WODs. When you continue with Drive PT CrossFit your fundamental sessions fee with be deducted from your 1st months fees.

Unlimited CrossFit $140 per month

Unlimited CrossFit Student $70 per month (14-18)

Unlimited CrossFit Uni Student (full time) $110 per month

2 sessions per week $120* per month.

Unlimited CrossFit Couples $240 per month

Emergency Services: Police, Ambulance, Fire and Military $120 per month

Drive PT CrossFit uses Payment Hub as its Direct Debit Service. Payments will be debited monthly in advance from the date of your first session. Payment Hub charges 88c per transaction which equates to $10.56 per year, this will be added on to your monthly fee.
There is a $5.50 set up charge from Payment Hub.

  • If you cease training with us and return at a later date your fee structure will be reset. Certain circumstances will be exempt for eg pregnancy, extended holiday. Feel free to chat with us about circumstances.
  • Fundamental Session will not be run every week, numbers will determine frequency. Contact Alex for details.
  • Payments may be suspended due to extended holidays or serious illness. Conditions apply.
  • Prices subject to change at anytime.
  • 14 days notice must be given for cancellation of direct debit. Monies directly debited will not be refunded.
